These terms govern your use of AIwritehuman ("the Service"), available at aiwritehuman.com. The Service is operated by writehuman(Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa under registration number 2026/559616/07 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

AIwritehuman rewrites text you provide to make it read more naturally. Output is generated by third-party AI models and is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific result, including that output will pass any particular AI-detection tool.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to produce unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, to misrepresent authorship where prohibited (for example, in breach of an institution's academic-integrity rules), or to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service. You are solely responsible for how you use the output.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the pricing panel; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the text you submit and, as between you and us, to the output you receive. You grant us a limited licence to process your text solely to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIwritehuman is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any consequences arising from your use of generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. Continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Questions: thapelo@aiwritehuman.com.

This policy explains what personal information AIwritehuman collects, how we use it, and your rights. writehuman(Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/559616/07), South Africa, is the data controller ("responsible party") for information collected through aiwritehuman.com.

Information we collect

Account data: your email address and encrypted password, handled by our authentication provider, Supabase. Usage data: the number of requests and words you generate, and a record of each request for billing and quota purposes. Payment data: processed by Paddle; we do not see or store your full card details.

Your text is not stored

The text you submit for humanising is sent to our AI provider to generate output and is not retained by us afterwards. We store only a one-way SHA-256 hash of each prompt for abuse-prevention and integrity checks — never the original text, which cannot be recovered from the hash.

How we use information

To provide and secure the Service, enforce plan limits, process payments, respond to enquiries, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

We share data only with providers that operate the Service: Supabase (accounts and database), Paddle (payments), our AI provider (text processing), and our hosting provider. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing thapelo@aiwritehuman.com. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated records.

How to request a refund

Email thapelo@aiwritehuman.com with the date of purchase. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the pricing panel. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
